Agel Fitness is an ideal weight loss program that is developed with a consistent method to weight loss as well as a healthy endurance when exercising. The program’s goal is to get rid of the extra fat in your body and tone the healthy and lean muscle tissues.

Before starting Agel weight loss program, you must prepare your mind, body and soul to at least 90 days of lifestyle changes. This requires your focus and dedication. It is important that your mindset must be positive to work for the results.  Sometimes people get impatient very easily but long term results are assured as long as you stick to the weight loss plan at hand.  You will be handed a fitness guidebook to follow. The guidebook will show you sample of meals and nutrition. A series of workout routine for 90 days, home-based so you can sweat at your home comfort.

Before starting the workout, remember to warm up and stretch.  A little stretching is required in order to avoid any damage or soreness in your body muscle.

Don’t try too hard at your first attempt in the exercises.  Everything should be done in moderation.  Be comfortable with the level of exercise and training.  It should be sufficient for you to be comfortable in but not too convenient that its not much of a challenge.

Agel fitness program is split into 2 phases. Phase 1 is detoxificationAgel GRN is designed to reset and prepare your body for losing fat. With GRN, you can get back to the basics and give your entire body a break from all the processed fake food that is high in fats that have been holding you back. Even if you eat a relatively healthy diet, detoxifying assists proper digestion and nutrient absorption, which will be key for the rest of your weight loss regime.
